Nuestras publicaciones\u00a0NO tienen ISBN<\/strong>\u00a0de acuerdo con la Disposici\u00f3n derogatoria \u00fanica a) del\u00a0Real Decreto 2063\/2008 del Ministerio de Cultura de Espa\u00f1a<\/a>\u00a0publicado en el BOE n\u00ba 10 de 12 de enero de 2009 que deroga la obligaci\u00f3n de consignar el ISBN en toda clase de libros y folletos fijada por el Decreto 2984\/1972.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, como indica la propia\u00a0Agencia espa\u00f1ola del ISBN<\/a>\u00a0no tiene sentido incluir este c\u00f3digo si la publicaci\u00f3n no se va a poner a la venta, porque ni protege los derechos de la propiedad intelectual, ni tiene como misi\u00f3n valorar la calidad de lo publicado.<\/p>\n

Del mismo, y aunque participemos de los principios establecidos en los p\u00e1rrafos iniciales del Pre\u00e1mbulo de la\u00a0Ley 23\/2011, de 29 de julio de Dep\u00f3sito legal<\/a>, parece que tampoco har\u00e1 falta incluir este n\u00famero en las publicaciones electr\u00f3nicas porque, salvo cambios que pudiera haber durante su \u00faltima fase de tramitaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed lo recoge el borrador de Real Decreto que va a regular el procedimiento de gesti\u00f3n del dep\u00f3sito de las publicaciones en l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n
